After receiving and returning the product, TWICE, because of broken snaps (you’d think they would have checked the second one before mailing), I received a completely different bag. After a while I wasn’t sure if the first two were even the right bag; they did not come with the little cell-phone purse advertised. The third one did. I liked the third bag much better than the first two; seemed much better quality, even though one of the sets of snaps did not work. At that point I just needed a purse and didn’t want to have to call and then send it back for a third time. It was kind of a weird experience. Like, are they just trying to get rid of defective bags first, to see if people will notice/send them back??
I will say that the person who answered the phone was VERY nice and VERY accommodating. He’d send out the next bag immediately, without even receiving my return. It was almost as if he wasn’t surprised by my calls. . . ?
I DO love the bag that I eventually received. It is not the one in the picture for “KENYA-Giraffe Print Hobo Handbag with Double Handles by Ellebags (Black).” SO, if you like to gamble, order this bag and see what you get.

Just got the bag today and it seems very very functional!. Color is brown giraffe print (although pictures appear black, the brown is really nice). I got the yellow accent color. Purse may seem a bit confusing to snap together, but once you see how it snaps up, it is a really nice shape that can expand to hold much larger items.
My one complaint : there is no “bonus exterior zipper pocket”. All else seems correct, inner pockets and inner zipper pocket and snaps as well as zipper at the top. You could not shake this purse upside down when zipped and expect nothing to come out becuase the zipper at top is really only across the middle and the side snaps are holding the rest together. Small items could find their way out, but not easily. Very hip purse and amazing price.

This bag was sent as a gift, my sister loved it! It arrived before the due date,that made me happy. Because it got there before her birthday! She was very pleased with it.

I loved this purse the day I received it. I have had several compliments on it. The only drawback is that it is bigger than I expected and as usual I overload it. Most small things fall to the bottom–would have been great to have a zipper pocket on the outside.

This is one of those gifts that you want for yourself. This is a birthday present for my neice. I thought the print was black and white also, but the light brownish tan looks nice. The light pink accent color is nice.
She wanted a pink and black handbag. Oh well, it’s close.
